V+ and all other software products are provided with 2 years of Warranty & Support, with free upgrades being provided via website download. After the first 3 years from the date of shipment, this annual "support" contract can be purchased which will provide the User with an additional 12 months of Warranty & Support including quarterly deliveries of software updates via CD or DVD and any associates application specific documentation updates that are required as a result of the new software deliveries. The pricing for this maintenance is 60% of the current list price of those software items affected; and when kept in affect, will can be renewed annually for the 20% price.
