Prices are in U.S. dollars and are valid only in the 50 United States and do not include shipping. There is an additional International Fee of 10% for Canada and Mexico. All other International customers are charged an additional 20% Fee. Prices are subject to change without notice. Accounts with established credit are invoiced Net 30 otherwise pre-payment is required. SimPhonics requires agreed payment schedule(s) for procurements over $10,000. Any non-paid or partially paid invoice will accrue penalties of 1.5% per month until paid in full. SimPhonics’ policy provides immediate shipment on receipt of orders for in stock items. Therefore, all orders with SimPhonics are binding. SimPhonics hardware products returned within 30 days from purchase date may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Hardware orders cancelled after product shipment are considered "returned" items. Please call SimPhonics for "Return Material Authorization (RMA)" and shipping instructions. All software purchases are final. SimPhonics' products are warranted for 1 year from the date of delivery. SimPhonics’ quotes for specific hardware/software requirements are valid for 90 days unless otherwise noted. There is a minimum $225.00 bench fee for out-of-warranty hardware repairs. OEM versions of software do not include support, user manuals, etc., and is only available in electronic form via SimPhonics web site. All User Manuals and supporting SimPhonics documents are delivered on DVDROM for reference or printing. Annual support contracts are priced at 20% of the current list price per item after the initial warrantee/support period has ended.
